What are the Safelist Rules? Most Safelists that are in this System are NOT owned by TNTSubmitter.com but have similar safelist rules as below: (You should read each safelist's rules for more info)We do NOT ALLOW the FOLLOWING email addresses, as your subscribe or contact email.
These subjects are NOT allowed when posting your ads on this safelist. We feel these are misleading & very unprofessional. If you DO send an email using any of these subjects, you WILL be removed immediately from this list.
If your mail bounces 15 times you will be automatically removed from this list with NO warning and there will be NO refunds.
General Policy
TNTsubmitter.com's general policy is to act as a provider of access for the safelists in this system. TNTsubmitter.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Client's access to any or all services provided by TNTsubmitter.com when TNTsubmitter.com decides that the account has been inappropriately used.
TNTsubmitter.com forbids anyone from using our services for tracking any URLs that contains anything illegal, pornographic, racist or abusive. AND for Sendind Ads to the Safelists in this system that contain illegal, pornographic, racist or abusive.
Payment Policies
Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Client's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. TNTsubmitter.com reserves the right to change prices at any time(this applies ONLY to New members). Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal or Stormpay.
Affiliate Program
All commissions are paid when Member reaches the minimum amount and will be paid with Paypal or Stormpay. You may find Promotional Banners in the Affiliate Area and view the stats of your earnings. You will receive recurring commissions on a monthly basis as long as your Downline remains a paid member.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Client unless the cancellation was caused by Clients violation of TNTsubmitter.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case. Refunds will be issued to you via PayPal or Stormpay(depending what payment method you used for registring to our service).
Right To Refuse Service
TNTsubmitter.com reserves the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.
Lawful Purpose
Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TNTsubmiter.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Client is responsible for all use of their Client's account(s) and confidentially of password(s). TNTsubmitter.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
TNTsubmitter.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. TNtsubmitter.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. TNTsubmitter.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Client understands that TNTsubmitter.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail. TNTsubmitter.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
